Residence Villa "Casa Marina"

The apartment villa consists of 14 private apartments, each about 85 square meters with 2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, big living room with kitchenette.

The apartments are newly furnished with TV and have central heating (heating period: 15th November - 31st March).
Each apartment has two balconies, at least one of them with sea view.The apartments on the ground floor share a huge terrace.
 
The Villa offers free internet access (time limited), on the basement is a separate washing room with a washing machine (available at 5 Euros per use).
 
For each apartment is one parking space available in the underground garage where an elevator can be used to reach the upper floors.

The park of the Villa is a place to relax and offers a perfect view of the Mediterranean and the   Islands of Elba, Capraia and Corsica. A wonderful view on sunsets and sunrises is guaranteed as well.

The Villa is located on Via Demi No.5. The piazza can be reached within a short walking distance of about 10 - 12 minutes. Along the way to the piazza, bars and shops invite you for a pause or you can choose the beautiful boardwalk that passes right in front of the Villa.

Towels and linen are mandatory, you can bring your own or rent a set for a fee of Euro 10.
